Wayne Haselden
I’m Wayne, one half of the Catway Training team.
I have approximately 10 years’ experience within the training industry, and I take great pride in the level of customer service I offer to our clients. I will go the extra mile to take away all the stress and worries of booking training and ensure that employers can fulfil their training needs with confidence.
If I’m not in the office or out on a course, you will probably find me taking part in some form of sport – unfortunately, injuries put a stop to me playing a few years back, so now I stick to the sidelines, pretty much!
I’m a huge fan of Newcastle United and get to their games as much as I can, and I’m also a proud season ticket holder at St. Helens R.F.C and have been since I was a young lad.
Another passion of mine is coaching, where I support my local amateur rugby league team – Ashton Bears A.R.L.F.C – who I’ve been a part of now for almost 20 years.
Other than that, you’ll find me spending time with my amazing wife and two children, at the gym, or down the pub with my family and friends.
Chris Catterall
I’m Chris – the other half of the Catway Training team.
I have 14 years’ experience within the training industry and an additional 8 years in recruitment. In my previous role, I was heavily involved in working closely with clients to analyse their training needs and identify suitable courses with the most cost-effective delivery.
Like Wayne, I absolutely love football! So much so, that I travel across the country most weekends throughout the year to support my beloved Leeds United.
When I’m not braving the M62 trying to reach Elland Road for the football, I’ll be on the golf course or the driving range perfecting my swing. I’m not the best, but god loves a trier!
Other than that, I class myself as a family man who loves spending time with the wife and my two kids.
